Falling apart after two wears
"$350 for white leather sneakers that are splitting where the leather meets the sole after exactly two wears. Two. That's not a premium product, that's a defect dressed up with a price tag. The buying experience didn't help. Your rep in Myer wore a Myer badge, never once mentioned he was Aquila, and steered me back to your rack every time I looked elsewhere. Once I'd paid, he suddenly "couldn't help" with anything else. Posing as a neutral store employee to push your own brand is sneaky, and it's a bad look. Deceptive to sell, shoddy to wear. Would not buy again."
